Your contribution to the gross profit of our group would be reviewed with the object of identifying the appropriate allocations into a discretionary trust on a monthly basis. The trustees of the discretionary trust may then at their discretion advance amounts on a monthly basis. The taxation of such interest free loans is very tax efficient.
You would not need to have your own limited company that would be VAT registered and therefore the administration burden to yourself by being a participant in our facility would be minimal.
